Tel Aviv, Israel — Every year like clockwork, there are rumors of all sorts of big-name headlining acts coming to perform in and around Tel Aviv. And every year like clockwork, their management announces officially that they are coming. Then every year (like clockwork) the city becomes wallpapered with these posters and everyone marks their calendars. And finally, every year — like clockwork — people start sending death threats to artists for supporting the Zionist Agenda of the State of Israel, and the bands cancel their appearances. But for the time being, it does appear that there will be some big namers headed to Tel Aviv to perform in the summer of 2010. Personally, I really hope these two perform together. Perhaps as a super-group I like to call “RodTallica”. A girl can dream.
